I'm on 2080ti with an i9 and 32gb ram and elysium and aldrnari don't run very smooth but Lost legacy is perfect balance of performance and content. Just my opinion of course.

Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of skin options available for male characters because everyone is horny. Tempered is widely considered the best option, but it's a pretty "mature" skin. This is imho the best combo. Septimus for the Vanilla++ experience. Incredibly polished, balanced and stable. Clean looking visuals and full CC support. Skyrim as a 2022 release should be. Lost Legacy for content, visuals and overhauls. Everything and the kitchen sink, full LotD support, full Vorkiinator perk system, just an amazing job.
